- Line a baking tray (that fits in your freezer) with parchment paper.
- Spoon the yogurt into a medium sandwich bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag and hold it tight.
- Snip a small corner off the end of the bag, this will be your spout.
- Pipe out yogurt in drops onto baking tray.
- Once all of the yogurt is used, put tray into freezer for 90 minutes or until frozen.
Tip: Store some yogurt drops in your freezer for a go-to snack.
