500g cherry  tomatoes halved

1 cucumber chopped into large chunks

50g whole black olives

1 small red onion sliced

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

Bunch fresh basil

Method

Prepare vegetables and toss in a large bowl with lemon juice, olive oil salt and pepper.
Chop basil and add to yogurt with lemon juice and garlic.
Season well and drizzle over the salad.
