5 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 black olives, sliced
1 tbsp cucumber, chopped
½ clove garlic, crushed
pinch dried oregano
sprinkle with fresh mint, chopped
squeeze of lemon juice
season with salt and pepper

  1. Add Glenisk to a bowl as your base
  2. Wash & slice the tomoatoes, cucumber & olive and add to the yogurt
  3. Add the crushed garlic and pinch or oregano

  5. Season with salt & pepper
