  • 1 tbsp Burren Smokehouse smoked salmon, chopped
  • 5 capers
  • Sprinkle of chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of ¼ lemon
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Goatsbridge Trout Caviar (optional)

Method

  1. Scoop the yogurt into a bowl for your base.
  2. Chop up the Smoked Salmon and sprinkle over the top.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and the capers.
  4. Sprinkle the dill over the top.
  5. Finally, season with lemon zest, black pepper, salt & a glug of olive oil.
