1 tsp Hot Indian Curry Paste

Juice of one lemon

50g Mixed Leaves

1 Cooked Sliced Chicken Breast

1 Ripe Mango (sliced)

Method

  1. Mix the Greek Yogurt, nut butter and curry paste together and season with salt & pepper
  2. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir until smooth
  3. Add the mixed leaves, sliced chicken and mango to the plate
  4. Drizzle over your yogurt dressing
  5. Top with toasted almonds and enjoy
