  • 4 tbsp Glenisk Organic Greek Style Natural Yogurt
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved,
  • ¼ avocado, chopped
  • 1 tsp beans, drained (black-eyed works well)
  • 1 tsp sweetcorn,
  • 1 tsp red onion, diced
  • ½ chopped fresh red or green chilli or 1 tsp hot chilli sauce
  • Zest + juice of ½ fresh lime
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander
  • Season with salt and black pepper
