1 medium butternut squash

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Organic Greek Style Natural yogurt

Roasted Butternut Squash Spread

Method

  1. Cut butternut squash in half.
  2. Drizzle oil over two halves  and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Roast at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until softened.
  4. Once cooked, scoop out flesh and combine with  Glenisk yogurt.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

(Optional)

Paprika.

Cayenne pepper.

½ lime juiced.
