1 tsp of shredded coconut
100g baby spinach leaves
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine the pear, coconut water, ginger, yogurt, shredded coconut, spinach, flaxseed and ice cubes together in a blender at high speed.
  2. Pour smoothie into 2 cups and serve.
