Healthy Crusted Hake


  1. Pour the sprinkles into a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  2. Dip the hake fillet into the mix and coat front and back
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillet on both sides until golden
  4. Cook the asparagus in boiling water until tender
  5. Serve the hake and aspargus with a dollop of Glenisk 0% Fat Natural Greek Yogurt, dill and lemon.
