1 packet of fresh lasagne sheets

100g of mozzarella cheese

100g of parmesan or strong Irish white cheddar

200g  of Glenisk 0% fat natural Irish Strained Protein Yogurt

1 tsp of garlic granules or powder

Fresh or dried basil to top.

The Naked Blondie Creamy Cheesey Lasagne


  1. Preheat the oven 10 180°C
  2. For this recipe we are using left over bolognese. Get the Naked Blondie Ragu recipe here
  3. To make the white sauce; scoop Glenisk 0% fat greek natural yogurt into a bowl.
  4. Add in garlic granules, oregano and some water to loosen the sauce.
  5. Layer your lasagne as follows; One layer of fresh pasta, one layer of bolognaise, a sprinkle of cheese and pour over the Glenisk Fat Free white sauce.
  6. Top the lasagne with cheese and some fresh basil
  7. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes and serve.
