100g almonds

100g cashews

25g mixed raisins

150g of Glenisk 0% fat coconut Irish Strained Protein Yogurt

The Naked Blondie Decadent Mojito Pie


  1. Add the dates, almonds, cashews and rasins to create your date and nut crumb.
  2. To create the mojito cream – mix together the coconut yogurt, vanilla yogurt, Crème Fraiche, lime zest, maple syrup and rum.
  3. Put the crumb into the individual glasses and top with the Mojito Cream and a sprig of mint.
  4. Allow to set for 20 minutes in the fridge & serve.
