Promoter
The promoter is Glenisk Limited, whose principal place of business is at Newtown, Killeigh, Co Offaly.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) aged 18 and over. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of Glenisk, or associated agencies and companies, are not eligible to enter.
Competition Details
The competition will run monthly, with one winning school selected each month. Each winner will receive a set of jerseys for their class, provided by Glenisk.
The competition closes at 23:59 on the final day of each month.
How to Enter Scan the QR code and complete the entry form online, providing the required details (e.g., name, contact information, and nominated school).
No purchase is necessary for entry.
A maximum of 30 kits will be provided per winning class.
Prize Details
The monthly prize includes a full set of jerseys, socks and shorts for one class in the nominated school of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
Selection and Notification of Winners
Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date each month.
Winners will be notified within five working days of the competition closing. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to their personal data being processed for the purpose of the competition.
Glenisk will not use entrants’ personal data for any other purpose without prior consent.
Data may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.
Use of Winner’s Details
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography and publicity, without additional compensation.
If a winner is selected, Glenisk reserves the right to use the winner’s first name, school name, and image, as well as a group photo of recipients, for promotional purposes. This may include sharing on social media, press releases, and other marketing materials.
Class Consent for Group Photos
If a group photo of recipients is taken, Glenisk will rely on the participating school to confirm that appropriate consent has been obtained from parents or guardians for any children appearing in the photo. By submitting the group photo for promotional purposes, the school acknowledges its responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws and best practices regarding the use of minors’ images.
General Conditions
Entries are limited to one per household per 24-hour period. Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
Glenisk reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary. Decisions made by Glenisk regarding any aspect of the competition are final.
Please note: Prize winners must allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of goods due to manufacturing capabilities.
Liability
Glenisk accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Amendments
