Glenisk works with 50 small family farms across Ireland to source our organic cows’ and goats’ milk. While Glenisk is situated in the very heart of Ireland, we travel the highways and byways of this island to source the very best milk for our products. Organic milk is a scarce and precious resource – of the 28,000 dairy farms in the Republic of Ireland, fewer than 100 are organic.
Custodians of the land, these dedicated individuals cultivate practices that promote biodiversity, protect our water sources, replenish the soil rather than stripping it and place animal welfare at the forefront of their thinking.
