500g Irish Strained Protein Yogurt, Natural
300g Oats
2 tbsp Mixed Seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, sesame
2 tbsp Milled Linseed or Chia Seed
2 tsp Bread Soda
100ml Water

Porridge, Yogurt & Seed Bread


  1. Preheat an oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F and line a loaf tin with parchment.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the yogurt and mix thoroughly, adding the water as required to loosen the mixture. 
  4. Place the oat mix into the lined loaf tin, sprinkle some more oats and seeds on top and bake for about 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
