By accepting a prize, the winner grant the Promoter the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as the Promoter may choose, and at the Promoter’s request, agrees to participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, without additional consideration, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material including on social media.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion and they do so at their own risk. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
Transferability of prize: Prize must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a prize has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse the prize.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. This prize is subject to availability and if these elements of the prize become unavailable, GLENISK reserves the discretion to replace same with an alternative Prize. No correspondence will be entered into and GLENISK’s decision is final.
If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, these conditions of entry or invalidate any affected entries.
Entry is limited to one entry per household being inputted within 24 hours. No multiple, bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted. GLENISK reserves the right to disqualify any entries which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods including multiple entries from the same IP address.
If any entrant is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded. In the event of any dispute regarding entry to or conduct of the Promotion, GLENISK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Closing time and date for entry is 23:59 on 26th April 2024. Winners will be notified within five working days of the closing date. Winners must reply to GLENISK within 72 hours of notification in order to claim the prize. If winners fail to get in touch within 72 hours of notification by email, GLENISK reserves the right to choose a new winner.
Entrants acknowledge that GLENISK may retain and update its systems with delivery address details which has been supplied by entrants. Entrants acknowledge that GLENISK is not responsible for failing to award a prize where entrants have supplied GLENISK with an incorrect or incomplete details. By entering in this Promotion, entrants accept that you are consenting personal data being provided to a third party purely to facilitate receipt of the prize.
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition and will not be used for any other purpose without their prior permission. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish to the competition. Please note, however, that if the promoter suspects that entries have been manipulated through use of technology to create multiple entries, all such entries will be excluded.
Prizes are non-transferable. Where an entrant attempts to sell a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize and to exclude the entrant from all future Glenisk competitions.
Prize – Terms & Conditions
Roundtrip economy / coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports in the country where the Recipients all reside [SPECIFIC LIST OF DEPARTURE AIRPORTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH TERRITORY UPON CONFIRMATION OF PACKAGE] to Malaga, Spain, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
Accommodations for a total of 5 nights, including 2 nights in a historic Parador hotel with daily breakfast in Granada, Spain and 3 nights in a 4 hotel with daily breakfast in Granada, Spain all accommodations will be in one double occupancy room for two adults OR one quadruple occupancy room for two adults and two children under 16 depending on the package;
The trip must include a Saturday night stay;
Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the recipients;
A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card;
Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
Prize Package is for up to 2 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, depending on the package, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure;
All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
For the rental car, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, non EU, Australian or New Zealand license holders may require an international driver’s license or other paperwork a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car and costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver;
Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
A 50 EUR cash allowance per adult will be provided for winner and guests to purchase travel insurance, cash allowance will be converted into winner’s local currency;
The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable No cash alternative is available;

The private guided hike in the Sierra Nevada National Park is not wheelchair accessible tour is not recommended for those who are pregnant or those with back/mobility issues, tour will be tailored according to participants ability;
Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences;
Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of 75 EUR per person, including gratuity;
All tours and experiences will be conducted in Spanish or English;
Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company’s and its affiliated companies (collectively,” name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney’s name or Disney owned intellectual property;
