The promoter is Glenisk Limited, Newtown, Killeigh, Co Offaly.
The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
The Prize consists of a ‘Taste of Ballymaloe’ voucher for one person and their guest: this includes:
- 2 places on a half day demonstration cookery course.
- 1 night bed & breakfast in Ballymaloe House – shared room.
- Dinner for two in Ballymaloe House.
This voucher is valid for 18 months from date of collection and can be used for any half day course excluding the ‘Just Cook It’ courses, subject to availability.
To enter the competition entrants must:
- Enter through the form on the promoter website, through the newsletter received from Glenisk on 18 August 2023.
- Follow @Glenisk on Tiktok.
The winner will be selected randomly in a draw from all entries received within the timeframe of the competition between 18-22 August 2023.
The winner will be notified via email and winner’s name or social media handle may be published on Glenisk social media platforms.
Promotion period 18/08/2023 – 22/08/2023
Competition ends at 5pm on the 22August 2023.
The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish to the competition. Please note, however, that if the promoter suspects that entries have been manipulated through use of technology to create multiple entries, all such entries will be excluded.
Prizes are non-transferable. Where an entrant attempts to sell a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize and to exclude the entrant from all future Glenisk competitions.
The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
