The weaning stage is a tender and joyful chapter in early childhood, a time of first tastes, curious hands, shared meals, and growing independence.
It’s also a stage where questions naturally arise: When to begin. What to offer. How to encourage variety. How to stay relaxed as little personalities and preferences start to emerge.

Our free Zoom webinar, Weaning Wisdom & Fussy Eaters, is a warm, supportive conversation intended to help parents, grandparents, and caregivers approach early feeding with confidence, curiosity, and enjoyment.
Moderated by Anna Daly and guided by registered dietitian Aveen Bannon, this session explores how weaning is not just about food, but about learning, trust, and relationship.
The questions explored have been largely gathered from the engaged members of the Glenisk Innovation Community, ensuring the conversation reflects real experiences, real questions, and real moments from family life.

Anna is a well-known Irish broadcaster and founder of lifestyle platform Little Bliss. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a passion for wellness and balance to every conversation.
With a passion for nutrition and health, Aveen has worked as a dietitian for over 25 years. The part she loves most about her job is helping people enjoy food while making healthy choices.
“Healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated, and let’s face it, as a working mum of three, I understand that there isn’t always time to cook. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges of offering children nutritious, enjoyable foods. That’s why I wanted to share practical advice and simple, tasty, nutritionally balanced recipes to support busy families.”

As part of Glenisk’s Wisdom Series, every attendee will receive:

Thoughtfully crafted organic baby yogurts to support little explorers
from 6 months+ as they begin their weaning journey.
Creamy, gentle and delicious, our Organic Baby range
is made with organic milk and carefully chosen ingredients to
help introduce texture and variety, while staying kind to tiny tummies.
Grounded in expert knowledge and shaped by real questions from parents, this conversation offers reassurance over “rules” and understanding over “perfection.”
Because weaning isn’t about getting everything right.
It’s about creating a relaxed, supportive environment where children can explore food at their own pace, and where parents can enjoy each moment along the way.
