  1. 250g Glenisk Organic Strained Protein Natural Yogurt
  2. 1/8 tsp tumeric
  3. 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  4. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  5. 1 tsp horseradish
  6. Salt & Pepper to season
  7. 2 English Muffins
  8. 4 slices of Bacon
  9. 4 Poached Eggs 
  10. Chopped chives to garnish (Optional)
method
  • Whisk together the  Glenisk Organic Strained Protein Natural Yogurt and tumeric until the mixture turns gold in colour. 
  • Stir in the lemon juice, horseradish, dill until combined and season with salt & pepper.
  • Leave aside as you cook your eggs (tips on poaching eggs).
  • Grill or fry your bacon
  • Warm sauce in the microwave if you prefer it hotter.
  • Cut English muffins in 2 and toast. Top each half with a slice of bacon, add a poached egg and top with a dollop of yogurt sauce.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy
