4 tbsp Glenisk Organic Greek Style Natural Yogurt

4 cherry tomatoes, halved,

¼ avocado, chopped

1 tsp beans, drained (black-eyed works well)

1 tsp sweetcorn,

1 tsp red onion, diced

½ chopped fresh red or green chilli or 1 tsp hot chilli sauce

Zest + juice of ½ fresh lime

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

½ clove garlic, crushed

½ tsp ground cumin

Sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander

Season with salt and black pepper
