Promoter

The Promoter is Glenisk Limited, Newtown, Killeigh, Co Offaly.

Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) aged 18 and over. Entrants must either be the legal guardian of the participating child or have permission from the legal guardian to enter on their behalf. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of Glenisk or associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

Competition Details

The #GleniskSweetBaby competition offers the opportunity for the winning child to feature on Glenisk baby food packaging.

The competition will run from 9th May 2025, with entries closing at 23:59 on 18th July 2025. Glenisk may specify entry periods in separate announcements.

The winning entrant will receive monetary payment, with specific details provided at the time of winner selection and agreement.

How to Enter

Participants can enter by scanning the QR code provided on pack or marketing visuals or by visiting the Glenisk competition website and completing the online entry form. Required details include the child’s name, legal guardian’s name, contact information, and a photo of the child. The entrant must be aged 6 to 18 months at the time of entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

Only one entry is permitted per child per entry period. Bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be disqualified. However, multiple entries from the same household are permitted in the case of siblings (e.g. twins, triplets, etc.) and may be submitted at the same time.

Model Release Terms

By entering the competition, the legal guardian or authorized entrant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• For valuable consideration received, Glenisk™ and its representatives and assigns are granted the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the child. The entrant must confirm they are the legal guardian or have legal permission to enter the competition on behalf of the child. These photographs may be used for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose across all territories and platforms, without restriction or the need for further approval.

• Glenisk will provide monetary payment for the use of the child’s image, with terms to be specified and agreed upon at the time of selection. Glenisk and its legal representatives are released from all claims and liability related to the use of the photographs or footage.

Images will not be sold to any third parties without consent.

Selection and Notification of Winners

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Glenisk. The panel’s decision will be final and binding.

Winners will be notified within five (5) working days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so or inability to attend photography session (due to travel, unforeseen circumstance, etc.) will result in forfeiture, and Glenisk reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Data Protection

By entering the competition, participants consent to Glenisk processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.

Glenisk will not use entrants’ personal data for any other purpose without prior consent. Data may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of delivering the prize or facilitating the competition.

Use of Winner’s Details

By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photography and publicity, without additional compensation.

Glenisk reserves the right to use the winner’s first name, the child’s image, and other relevant promotional content (such as videos or testimonials) for marketing purposes, including on social media, press releases, and advertisements.

General Conditions

• Entries are limited to one per child per competition period. However, multiple entries from the same household are permitted in the case of siblings (e.g. twins, triplets, etc.) and may be submitted at the same time.
• Glenisk reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Glenisk’s decisions regarding any aspect of the competition, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding.
• Prize winners must allow up to 8 weeks for delivery or fulfillment of prizes.
• All valid entries will receive a free Glenisk Baby product voucher.
• Vouchers will be distributed within 2–4 weeks following the close of the competition on July 18th, 2025.

Liability

Glenisk accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Amendments

Glenisk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
