Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter is Glenisk Limited, Newtown, Killeigh, Co Offaly.
• The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland and Northern Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
• The Prize consists of an Apple watch SE series, Midnight Aluminium Case with a Midnight Sport Band, plus an O’Neill’s County Jersey. One to be won.
• The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• To enter the competition, entrants must do at least one of the following:
  • Enter through the relevant WIN post on Glenisk’s Instagram Page, follow the page. Like the post and Tag 2 friends who would love the prize.
  • Enter through the relevant WIN post on Glenisk’s Facebook, follow the page. Like the post and Tag 2 friends who would love the prize.
  • Enter by emailing [email protected] if you do not have a social media page.

• Promotion period is 15/04/2024 – 19/04/2024. Competition ends at 7pm on the 19 April 2024.
• The winner will be selected randomly in a draw from all entries received before 7pm on 19 April 2024.
• The winner will be notified by reply to their entry comment that they have been chosen as a winner and will be asked to provide a contact telephone number by direct message. A representative from Glenisk will contact the winner by telephone to confirm the address to which the prize will be dispatched. The Glenisk representative, using an email address @glenisk.com will contact the winner by email to confirm the delivery date. The prize will be dispatched by recorded delivery and must be signed for by the winner.
• The winner’s name or social media handle will be published on Glenisk social media platforms before 26 April 2024.
• Under no circumstances will Glenisk request that winners access a link in a DM to redeem a prize. Under no circumstances will Glenisk request that winners provide credit card details to redeem a prize. If you receive correspondence from an entity purporting to be Glenisk requesting you to take either of these steps, be aware that such correspondence is fraudulent. If you receive any correspondence that is suspicious, please telephone Glenisk at 057 93 44 000 or email [email protected].
• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
• Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they wish to the competition. Please note, however, that if the promoter suspects that entries have been manipulated through use of technology to create multiple entries, all such entries will be excluded.
• Prizes are non-transferable. Where a winner attempts to sell a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize and to exclude the entrant from all future Glenisk competitions.
• The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
• By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
