  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Mix self-raising flour with yogurt to make the dough.
  • Roll out portions, stuff with a mix of spring onions and grated mozzarella, then seal the dough.
  • Pan-fry the stuffed rounds until golden brown on both sides.
