  • 1 ripe banana
  • 165g frozen mango chunks
  • 165g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 120 grams Glenisk Organic Bio Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 120ml to 240ml of your choice of liquid (milk, or water)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
method
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
