mini egg overnight oats

  • Mix the oats, maple syrup and Glenisk Greek Style Natural yogurt together to form the base of your overnight oats. Flatten the top using the back of a spoon.
  • In a separate bowl mix the Glenisk Greek Style Natural yogurt and cocoa powder together. Pour on top of your oat based layer.
  • Melt your chocolate in the microwave with your coconut oil in 20 second intervals. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the yogurt layer. Garnish with crushed mini eggs and leave in the fridge overnight.
