  1. 100g blueberries
  2. 2 medium apples 
  3. 120g Glenisk Organic No Added Sugar Apple Pear Carrot Baby Yogurt (or baby’s favourite Glenisk flavour)
method
  • Peel, core and dice the apples.
  • In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, apples and a cup of water and stir. Bring the mix to the boil and then allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes or until soft, stirring intermittently.
  • Once soft, allow to cool.
  • Pour mixture into blender or food processor and blitz to desired consistency.
  • Layer yogurt and purée in a bowl or jar and serve.
